Every pricing recommendation starts with comps and ends with a walkthrough. We don't send automated estimates and call it a valuation.

If now is the wrong time to sell, we'll say so. Most of our business is referrals, and that only works when the advice is honest.
Leadership
Avanza is led by managing broker Carmen Reyes, a 20-year Houston real estate veteran, and operations director David Nguyen, who built the platform behind our lead routing and onboarding. Both still take client calls.
