What is the commission split at Avanza?
Producers are on an 85/15 split with an annual cap — once you cap, you keep 100% of your commission for the rest of the year. New agents start on a mentored plan while they build volume.
Are there monthly, desk, or franchise fees?
No. There are no desk fees, no franchise fees, and no hidden line items at closing. You invest in your business, not in overhead.
